Delete your Taskiddo Routine account

How to delete

• On the web: sign in, open your settings , and use Delete account at the bottom of the page.
• In the iPhone app: Settings › Me › Delete Account.
• In the Android app: Settings › Me › Delete account.

Can't sign in? Email support@taskiddo.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.

What's deleted

Your sign-in, email address and password are deleted right away. If you're the only member of your household, the household is deleted with it: every profile, task, section, calendar event, reward, meal plan, screentime rule and usage record, paired device and uploaded file.

If your household has other members, you'll be asked to make one of them the owner first; their data stays with them. If you're a member of someone else's household, you leave it, and what you added there stays with the household.

What's kept

Nothing from a deleted household is kept in Taskiddo Routine. Copies in our database backups expire as those backups are rotated out.
